EV & Solar Adoption
PM: "Use EVs, conserve fuel"
bNg redeems Solar Kits (8 BC, Gold tier) and EV Cycles (80 BC, Platinum tier). The Platinum-tier EV cycle is awarded for sustained community service. We have been incentivising EV adoption for years.
Seva Nahi, Sadla Nahi — Sirf Exchange!
bNg is India’s community-powered barter economy. Donate time, skills, or goods — earn Barter Credits (1 BC = ₹200) redeemable for solar panels, EV cycles, and MSME starter kits. Zero rupees changed hands. Maximum impact.
On 10 May 2026, the Prime Minister called on every Indian to use EVs, carpool, conserve fuel, work from home, and choose community resilience over consumption. bNg has been operating this model since 2016. We are ready.

PM: "Carpool, public transport"
Every barter trade happens within walking distance of a member's home. Every Barter Mela eliminates a trip to the city. The PPPP-funded local economy doesn't need petrol to circulate.
PM: "Work from home, online meetings"
Our Konakanchi AI Skills Centre produces broadcast-quality content from a rural village. Our Rural BPO model brings urban office work to where the worker lives. Less commute, more output, more time for family.
Eight out of nine appeals the PM made on 10 May 2026 — EVs, carpooling, public transport, fuel saving, postponing gold, local resilience, WFH, online meetings — are core bNg programmes since 2016. The ninth — avoiding unnecessary foreign travel — applies to our cross-border partnerships only and is being reviewed.
Coming back to your village from a city job? Your savings, your skills, and your service are exactly what your community has been waiting for. bNg gives you the platform.

The reverse migration is happening. IT professionals, designers, finance analysts, MBA graduates — many are heading home for the first time in a decade. bNg matches your skill, your savings, and your time to a pathway that pays you back in recognition, community standing, and real assets.

Year-round bNg member culture. Every home stays ready — ready for camps, ready for service, ready to respond. Our own preparedness campaign, inspired by Har Ghar Tiranga.
The Working Layer of Viksit Bharat 2047
bNg converts 4–6 hours of unused household time per day — TV, gossip, idle scrolling — into productive economic activity. If even 10% of India's rural waking hours are captured, GDP gains 0.3%. We are the working layer of the 2047 dream.

Gram Swaraj · No Migration
bNg's Gram Swaraj creates dignified livelihood inside the village. No migration to Mumbai. No children raised by grandparents. The economy comes to the home, not the home to the city.

How bNg Works
We replaced cash with contribution. The result: a circular village economy that costs members nothing and pays them back in real assets.
Pick a cause, post your offer in 60 seconds, or accept a request from a neighbour. Every hour you give is logged on your Karyakarta ledger and earns BCs.
2 hours of donation = 1 BC. Goods valued at fair-market BC value (1 BC = ₹200). Your Green Rating climbs from Bronze → Platinum as your contribution points grow.
Spend BCs on solar panels (PM Suryaghar), EV cycles, MSME starter kits, training, or pass them to a neighbour in need.
Every contribution to your community is recognised in bNg. Donate two hours of your time at a camp — earn 1 BC. Teach a skill — earn 1 BC per session. Contribute 50 kg of rice to a medical camp — earn BC equal to retail value ÷ ₹200. No contribution goes unrewarded. No reward enriches anyone individually — every BC builds the community economy.
Pancha Tantra · Five Wings
Every Karyakarta picks a wing that matches their strength — Science, Generosity, Strategy, Service, or Nation. Anyone can shift wings as their journey evolves.

Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached.

Named after Dr. B.R. Ambedkar — chief architect of the Indian Constitution. Quarterly free medical camps, blood and organ donation drives, tree plantation, Nari Shakti Circles and the Gram Swaraj village programme. A woman is Seva Adhyaksha at every chapter.
Nari Shakti · नारी शक्ति
Indian villages do not lack women's talent. They lack the platform that lets women's talent become household income, community leadership, and economic power. bNg's Nari Shakti programme is built on three principles, locked into our constitution: women-first Startup Kit allocation, women-only Seva Adhyaksha role, and the Nari Shakti Circle. Across 27 active SHGs and 1,200+ women members, bNg is fostering the real game-changer of rural India — the woman who earns, leads, and lifts her family with her own work.

International Footprint
bNg’s reach extends beyond Hyderabad — wherever Indian workers serve, bNg follows.
In February 2018, bNg partnered with L&T Construction (Tata Group affiliate) and Ahalia Hospitals (UAE’s leading healthcare chain) to deliver a free medical camp for Indian construction workers at the L&T MTB Car Park Project, Abu Dhabi.
Over 375 workers were screened, treated, and counselled — at zero cost to them — by a team of doctors, nurses, and bNg karyakartas. The camp validated bNg’s conviction that the spirit of seva travels with our people, across continents.

Our Nation First. Our Community First. Our Barter First.
India’s final transformation will not come from one leader or one law. It will come from every home — when every home is a workshop, every family a producer, and every village a self-sufficient hamlet.
“The final aim of bNg is to transform India into hamlets of manufacture — where every home is both producer and consumer, where every skill finds its market within the community, where no goods need to leave the village in exchange for money. Har Ghar Tiranga is not just a flag on the roof. It is the flag of a home that produces, exchanges, and sustains itself. Ghar Ghar Thayari — from every home, a readiness to build India.”
(Ghar Ghar Karigar)
— Every Home an Artisan
India was not built by factories. It was built by the weaver in his home, the potter at her wheel, the blacksmith at his forge, the farmer in her field. Every home was a unit of production. bNg restores this ancient truth — your home is your factory, your skill is your capital.
(Ghar Ghar Vyapaar)
— Every Home a Business
India’s villages traded before money existed. The village market — the haat — was a barter economy. No bank account needed. No credit score. Only trust, skill, and willingness to exchange. bNg brings the haat into the digital age — your kitchen pickle, your tailored blouse, your repaired cycle is your trade.
(Ghar Ghar Pyaari)
— Every Home Beloved by Its Village
India’s greatest strength is not its army or its economy — it is the love between neighbours. The woman who shares vegetables. The mechanic who fixes a cycle for the schoolteacher. The doctor who visits on foot. bNg formalises this love as exchange — and exchange as community wealth.
(Ghar Ghar Pahredaar)
— Every Home a Guardian of India
Gram Swaraj — Gandhi’s dream — means a village that needs no outsider to survive. When your home produces its own food, generates its own energy, employs its own skill, and exchanges within its own community — you become a guardian of India’s self-reliance. bNg is building 5,000 such guardian homes. Will yours be one?
We Shall Succeed — In Building the Nation
One home at a time. One barter at a time. One village at a time.
India’s greatest patriots were not only those who fought with weapons. They were those who loved deeply — their tongue, their land, their mother. That love, made active through barter and community, is what builds Bharat.
(Mathru Bhasha Prem)
— Love Your Mother Tongue

Your language is your identity. Your barter listing in Telugu, in Hindi, in Kannada, in Marathi — reaches your people as no English translation ever can. bNg proudly supports every Indian language on the platform. When you list in your mathru bhasha, you do not just trade — you preserve the tongue your grandmother sang in. Mathru bhasha is not just words. It is who you are.
(Janma Bhoomi Prem)
— Love Your Birthplace

Barter locally first. Your village, your colony, your mandal, your district. Every Barter Credit earned locally stays locally. Every exchange in your janma bhoomi strengthens it. India’s villages empty when their sons and daughters leave. bNg makes staying worth it — your skill has value here, your time has credit here, your exchange builds your own ground. Janma bhoomi thrives when you invest in it with every barter.
(Kannathalli Prem)
— Love Your Mother

The first economy was a mother’s. She fed before money existed. She healed before hospitals. She taught before schools. She built before factories. bNg’s Nari Shakti programme honours every mother’s contribution by giving it a name, a value, and a Barter Credit. Your mother’s cooking is listed in the exchange. Her skill earns a rating. Her contribution rises to Gold. Kannathalli is not just your mother — she is India’s original economy.
हम होंगे कामयाब — We shall succeed.
Not by waiting for a leader to save us.
Not by donation. Not by charity. Not by subsidy.
But by loving our tongue enough to speak it in trade.
By loving our land enough to build it with our hands.
By honouring our mother enough to make her skill visible and valued.
Barter is not an economic choice. It is an act of patriotism.
Every BC earned is a vote for India’s self-reliance.
Every exchange is a brick in the Gram Swaraj temple.
हम होंगे कामयाब। हम होंगे कामयाब।
We shall succeed. We shall succeed.
India’s barter tradition is older than money itself.
The bania kept no bank account — he kept community trust.
The farmer did not sell her harvest — she shared it for skill in return.
The artisan was paid not in coins — but in grain, goodwill, and community belonging.
bNg does not invent barter. We restore it.
We restore India’s original economy — the heritage of Gram Swaraj, of community exchange, of dignity over dependency. Give what you have. Take what you need. Trust your neighbour. From every home — Ghar Ghar Thayari. For one India — Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat.
हर घर तिरंगा। घर घर से तैयारी।
Har Ghar Tiranga. Ghar Ghar Thayari.
Our nation first. Our community first. Our exchange first.
Vision 2030
By 2030 we will hand over the keys to India’s first fully self-reliant village colony — solar-powered, water-secure, MSME-fed, and governed by its panchayat. Not a single rupee will pass through our books to make it happen. Only Karyakarta hours and bartered goods.

Pillar 1
Technology has become mandatory for human existence today. But innovation is what makes the difference between today and tomorrow — bNg backs the Indian villager as both an inventor and a beneficiary.
Pillar 2
The duty of every citizen to the community — health, education, environment, and the men and women who guard it all.
Pillar 3
Village self-rule was Gandhi’s vision. bNg is Gandhi’s Gram Swaraj given a 21st-century digital engine — keeping work, dignity and family inside the village.

Member Success Story
“I had no money to install solar on my house. In nine months, I gave 480 hours repairing cycles and teaching kids — and the same village installed solar on my roof in return. That is bNg.”
Raju’s story is one of 12,847 barter transactions completed across India this year. No cash, no commission, no caste line in between — just neighbours paying neighbours with their own time.
For Government & State Partners
bNg's PPPP-funded community barter model is operational across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh today. We are open to formal partnerships with state governments implementing Viksit Bharat 2047, Swarnandhra 2047, Telangana Rising 2047, Viksit Maharashtra 2047, and Tamil Nadu Vision frameworks.
